Can you briefly introduce your company - when was it established and where do you operate?

Skłodowscy Sp. z o.o. is a multi-generational family-owned company from Tykocin, Poland, which has specialized in the production of high-quality beef products since 2002. Over the years, we have built a strong production and raw material base that allows us to combine experience, process control and supply stability.

The Skłodowscy Group has several branches located in Poland and Latvia. The company’s headquarters are located in Tykocin, while the cutting and production facility is based in Nienałty-Szymany. In Poland, the Group also operates branches responsible for cattle purchasing in Tykocin and pet food production in Krypno Kościelne. Additionally, the Group has branches in Latvia — in Dzelda, Lipie and Kalinowo — focused on cattle purchasing and slaughter.

We operate both on the Polish and international markets, serving customers from the HoReCa, retail and private label sectors. Thanks to our own production facilities, slaughterhouses and well-developed supply structure, we are able to provide our partners with high quality, product consistency and safe cooperation.

What products do you specialize in?

Our specialty is frozen beef products, especially beef burgers, including classic burgers and premium Façon Bouchère burgers. Our offer also includes, among others, burgers with flavour additions, such as Pepper & Salt, Oriental and Mushroom, as well as minced beef.

                                                                                      

Which markets do you currently supply?

We mainly supply products to the HoReCa sector, foodservice, retail chains, including private label customers, and QSR chains. Our key sales markets include France, Poland, the Baltic countries, Germany and the Netherlands.

Our advantage lies in the combination of high-quality raw material, clean-label recipes, modern production technologies and flexibility in creating products tailored to customer needs. We are open to the individual preferences of our partners and continuously respond to changing market needs. Thanks to our own slaughterhouses and constant access to raw material, we can ensure stable supply, while IQF technology helps preserve the taste, freshness and convenience of the product without the need for defrosting.

 

How do you ensure product quality and consistency?

We build quality at every stage — from cooperation with trusted farmers, through transport organization to our own slaughterhouses, to maintaining high sanitary standards in our cutting and processing facilities. Product consistency is supported by modern technologies, including individual quick freezing (IQF) and controlled forming, which allow us to maintain consistent weight, structure and quality.

 

What certifications or standards do you operate under?

We operate in accordance with international food safety standards. We hold the BRCS certificate, which combines the requirements of the HACCP system, ISO 9000 and the principles of good manufacturing and hygienic practices — GMP/GHP. We also hold numerous Halal certificates.
