El Cochinillo Segoviano S.L. was established in 2009 in Boceguillas, Segovia, Spain. What began as a small farm with 156 mother sows has grown into a fully integrated suckling pig company with multiple production centres, a processing plant, and nearly 40 employees across rural Segovia. We operate nationally and internationally, and are actively expanding our presence across European markets, the United Kingdom, and beyond.

What products do you specialize in?

We specialize in premium suckling pig from Segovia, our absolute core product. It is available in multiple formats: whole, half, or quarter portions, as well as our pioneering 30-Minute Roasted Suckling Pig, suckling pig burgers, and other products. We also offer roasted suckling lamb as a complementary product.

Which markets do you currently supply?

We currently supply both the domestic consumer market and the HoReCa channel across Spain. Looking ahead, we are actively pursuing expansion across all European markets and the United Kingdom.

How do you ensure quality and consistency?

We control every step of the chain, from developing our own exclusive pig genetics and managing in-house farms, to artisan processing with advanced technology. Our suckling pigs feed exclusively on maternal milk for a minimum of 21 days, are raised free-range, and every product meets the strict requirements of the Cochinillo de Segovia Guarantee Mark, with full traceability from birth to table.

What certifications or standards do you operate under?

We hold the IFS certification, the Cochinillo de Segovia Guarantee Mark, and we are the first suckling pig producer in Spain to be part of the National Antibiotic Resistance Plan. Our products comply with Spanish health authority requirements.
