We are an international B2B online marketplace dedicated to frozen and fresh meat trading. Our goal is to empower processors, distributors, and traders—not compete with them—by providing a secure digital environment for sourcing and selling meat products.
Your mission
As our Sales Manager for North Macedonia, you will be the primary touchpoint for local customers, guiding them from first sign-up through daily deal-making and document handling on the platform.
Key responsibilities
Customer Onboarding
Proactively onboard and advise new customers (processors, traders, distributors)
Platform Training
Deliver end-to-end platform training: listing offers, posting requests, tracking deals
Documentation Management
Manage contracts, veterinary certificates, CMRs, and other documentation for frozen & fresh meat
Relationship Building
Build long-term, partner-level relationships—we are allies, not competitors
Team Coordination
Liaise with our international logistics, support, and finance teams to ensure flawless order execution
What we're looking for
At least 1 year of meat-sales experience (or related protein/food industry background)
Solid understanding of trade documentation and compliance
Negotiation and customer-success mindset
Fluent in the official language of North Macedonia and working English
Willingness to travel nationwide (valid driving licence B)
