Mescom s.r.o. is a young but determined meat production company based in the northeast of Slovakia, right under the picturesque Busov Mountains. Although our company was officially established in 2025, we stand on solid foundations laid by the long-standing meat production Farma Gaboltov. After ten years of successful operation, this operation has passed the baton to a new team with a passion for honest craftsmanship, quality and tradition. Our goal is to continue the legacy of generations of butchers - with an emphasis on traditional recipes that we remember from the time of our grandparents, but at the same time bringing modern and healthy solutions for today's customer.
