MeatBorsa will be exhibiting at MeatMania 2026, the International Exhibition for Meat and Sausage Products, held from 11 to 14 November 2026 at the IEC Inter Expo Center in Sofia, Bulgaria.
MeatMania has been one of the region's key meeting points for the meat industry since 1994. This year marks its 33rd edition, and we are proud to be part of it.

The fair runs for four days, from Wednesday 11 November to Saturday 14 November.
Why we are coming to MeatMania
MeatMania brings together producers, processors, traders and suppliers from across the meat value chain: fresh and frozen meat, sausages and delicacies, additives, processing and packaging equipment, refrigeration, logistics and food safety solutions. It runs alongside Bulpek, Interfood & Drink and the Wine & Spirits Show, which makes the week one of the busiest food industry gatherings in Southeast Europe.
That mix is exactly the community MeatBorsa serves. Ask about Margin. After its first public showing at SIAL Paris, we are happy to show you Margin, our new app for meat traders.
Talk about your markets. Whether you are looking to export Balkan pork, source beef for processing or find new outlets for by-products, bring your questions and let us look at the options together.
