We’ve just returned from Anuga 2025 in Cologne (October 4–8), and what a week it was. With 7,851 exhibitors and 139,647 visitors, this year’s fair once again showed why Anuga is the most important event in the food and beverage industry.

For anyone in the meat business, Anuga is the place to be — and we’re glad we were part of it.

A Constant Flow of Visitors

Our booth was busy from the moment the doors opened. There was always someone stopping by to talk, ask questions, or share experiences. Every one of our team members was deep in conversation most of the time — and that’s exactly how we like it.

We met a lot of people from all over the world, learned about their day-to-day challenges, and heard some very honest feedback about the meat trade and sourcing process. Those conversations gave us a clearer picture of what professionals really need, and we’re already planning updates to Meat Borsa to make our platform even more useful.

Not Just Work

Spending several days together at such an intense event was also great for us as a team. Between meetings, shared lunches, and late-evening debriefs, it almost felt like a mini team-building trip — just with a few thousand other people around.

Wrapping Up

Anuga 2025 was a full, inspiring, and productive week. Thanks to everyone who visited us, shared insights, and made time to talk. We came back with plenty of ideas and motivation to keep improving what we do.

Thank you, and see you next time.
