30-40g；40-50g;≥50g；Grading qualification rate ≥ 98%; pieces deviating more than ±2g shall not exceed 5% of the sampled quantity. Free from severe blood clots, knife cuts, broken bones, and severe exposed red bones. Minor blood clots shall be less than 1 cm² in area.
