Founded in 1990 in Nova Zagora, Bulgaria, our company began as a small family-owned butcher shop established by Jasmina and Georgi Topalov. With honesty, dedication, and love for the craft, they built a trusted local business that quickly became known for the purity and authentic taste of its meat products. Over the years, the company expanded its operations by establishing its own pig farm in the village of Sabrano, ensuring full control over animal health, nutrition, and humane care. This closed production cycle guarantees consistent quality and transparency from farm to table. Today, under the leadership of Zornitsa and Dimitar, the family tradition continues in a modern meat processing facility in Stara Zagora. Combining heritage with innovation, the company produces meat products with authentic Bulgarian taste while embracing contemporary food science and technology. Both leaders are graduates of the University of Food Technologies in Plovdiv, the oldest and largest institution of its kind in the Balkans, which strengthens the company’s expertise in food chemistry, nutrition, and product innovation.
