≥100g；≥250g；≥300g；Free from hard bones and severe blood clots. Blood clots larger than 2 cm² are prohibited. Blood clots smaller than 2 cm² shall not exceed 2% of the sampled quantity. Cartilage longer than 1 cm is prohibited. Skin-to-meat ratio must be consistent. Overlength skin or skin deficit shall not exceed 2 cm. Knife cuts or holes shall not exceed 2 cm in length/diameter.
