Steinemann is a family-run meat processor based in Steinfeld, in Germany's southern Oldenburg region. It supplies wholesale and retail customers with fresh pork and beef cuts, up to 30 kinds of sausage made in natural casings, cured and smoked products such as bacon and kassler, and ready-to-cook convenience items. It also offers contract beef cutting and packaging. All its livestock is sourced locally, so transport distances are short. Production runs across five sites certified to IFS, QS, Orgainvent and organic standards.
