Oakland Park is a newly-opened purpose-built game processing plant and deer conservation reserve dealing with different aspects of the game industry and selling fresh and frozen game to wholesalers and butchers. We are certified by the FSA/SALSA and are British Quality Wild Venison Accredited. At Oakland Park, we aim to provide sustainable, high-quality game. We can supply whole carcasses, haunches, saddles, shoulders, diced meat, trim, and stock bones for each species. For example, we offer muntjac haunches (on the bone, butterfly, diced, boned and rolled), muntjac saddles (on the bone, dragonfly, shoulders, or whole fillets) and similar cuts for other species of deer. We are also supplying a top quality range of venison sausages, meatballs, burgers, and koftas.
