Overview

Whole pork hind feet, presented frozen and unprocessed. Pale, clean-skinned and naturally rich in collagen — a staple cut for braising, stocks, stews and traditional slow-cooked dishes across Asian cuisine.

Each foot is severed at or above the hock joint, dehaired, singed and washed, then chilled and frozen. The result is a consistent, traceable raw material delivered to a fixed weight, size and packaging standard, carton after carton.

For human consumption. Supplied raw and frozen; cook thoroughly before eating. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Reared and slaughtered in Germany, then processed at SFB Holdorf in the Oldenburger Münsterland — Germany's pork heartland.

The establishment holds EU approval for export to non-EU markets and is certified to IFS Food. Blast / plate freezing and container loading are carried out on site, keeping the product under an unbroken cold chain from intake to export — with full batch traceability to slaughter date for every carton.
